CSIR – National  Environmental Engineering Research Institute has standardized the formulation along with CSIR – Central Electrochemical Research Institute, CSIR – Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, CSIR – National Botanical Research Institute and National Chemical Laboratory. These Green Fireworks are Less Harmful, Eco – friendly and cause Less Air and Noise Pollution.

Acceptable Practices (Promotion / Advertisement)

• We only display pictures of fireworks, shop addresses, and our Vinayaga Sonny Fireworks Direct Factory Outlet location (https://maps.app.goo.gl/MExpRT8ZqknL5sAG9) on our website or social media.

• We follow this as advertising and promotion, not promote any online sale, provided:

  • No “Buy Now,” “Add to Cart,” or “Checkout” options are offered in our website and social media page.

  • No online booking, advance payments, or delivery services are provided.

  • Our Products are  “Available only at licensed physical shops – not for online sale.”

Prohibited Practices (Online Sale / E-commerce)

• We do not accept orders through websites, apps, WhatsApp, UPI, or other online platforms.
• We do not accept online payments or no courier delivery for fireworks.
• We do not own any e-commerce platform instead of a licensed physical shop.

Legal Justification: Why This Is Acceptable

• The Supreme Court’s verdict in Arjun Gopal v. Union of India (23.10.2018) specifically prohibits online sales through e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, etc., not advertisements.
• The law distinguishes between “advertising” (promotion/display) and “sale” (actual transfer for payment).
• Promoting fireworks via licensed shops and ensuring all sales occur physically over the counter ensures compliance with the SC order.
